It’s been a while :)
Feels good to finally be back in this little text box to write rubbish.
This is slightly delayed – or not even delayed at all considering I still have Jap and HCL O’s to conquer – but EOYs are finally finally finally over.
So now the little kids are out to play hahaha kidding.
Will have to face the doom next Tuesday but before that, I have kindly allowed myself to kind of slack my butt off a little.
After tomorrow’s Listening/Reading Comprehension Tests for Japanese, there’s only one examination left for the year 8)
Yesterday, I went to Sentosa with Rachelian, Sue Yu and Becca :)
I don’t really think Im the only suaku who hasn’t been to sentosa to play?!
(okay maybe I am)
But it was really great fun.
Throughout the whole day, Rachelian’s top phrase was “oh my god why are we so suaku?!”
Hahahahaha and I didn’t exactly contribute to the directions part because I am practically directionless.
One very common example is after I make my way to a shopping centre toilet (especially those who give people a little indoor maze to figure out) I don’t know which way I should take to go out.
And I think the hottest attraction is definitely the luge/skyline!
I love riding the luge so much I want to go back and steal one home.
(The area behind my house has so many winding roads/slopes)
Sadly my first experience on the luge was not the most amazing because of my falling helmet. Which made me really upset.
It was literally choking me hahahha and I had no hands to adjust it because if I adjust it I’ll have to let go of the handles and if I let go of the handles… my helmet might not be able to protect me.
HAHAHAHA kidding. And you know there was this photo-taking part on the luge and I spotted me on the screens really easily after we exited the ride.
The only one without the helmet.
And second most depressing moment was when we realized we couldn’t ride the luge again/repeat the attraction because we bought tickets to the day pass for four attractions. :’(
The 4D adventures were not too bad as well – although I think the Extreme Log Ride is much better than the other one with Vanessa Hudgens in it. I don’t even know whats its called hahahaha.
And I didn’t take my fourth attraction because I had to hang around Sentosa to wait for my family to eat dinner at Coca!
Sueyu, Becca and Lian went on to take the cable car :’(
The queues for all the rides in Sentosa were relatively short though compared to USS/Disneyland/Macs Hello Kitty queue/etc.
I enjoyed myself a lot :) Thank goodness the crazy storm at 7am in the morning stopped!
Here are some photos if reading text kills you!
By the Broadwalk!
One of my favourite-st things in life. Hahah.
With the cutest merlion ever.
With a blind merlion.
HAHAHAH MY FAVOURITE
Cant believe Im posting this but spot me! (Hint: the loser without the helmet)
Btw we weren’t supposed to take our feet out of the cart. Naughty kids at the upper left hand corner!
Mandatory feet photo while on the skyline ride.
By the beach!
Merlion has regained its eyesight.
On the skyline!
Had fun with these little twerps :D
And heres the most exciting portion of today’s post: a video.
Hahahahahaha if you have nothing better to do with your life, enjoy this 2.5min video as well!
And remember to watch in HD so it’s clearer and won’t kill your eyes! (Open in YouTube if needed :D)
I think capturing memories in a video is much more effective than pictures :)
At least they’re moving and noisy!
Recently, when I packed the stuff in my room, I read some old letters again (my hobby, really) and it’s really a pity how people whom I used to be extremely close to are now people whom I hardly talk to anymore.
I really keep every single letter/card/note people give me and I believe its the norm? Because how naughty (lol correct choice of word) are you if you throw away a card someone actually took time out to write for you!
Relationships with people are really hard to maintain if both parties don’t put in effort to do anything at all :(
Thanks for reading :)
